After coming to my page, you may be wondering, “What is a lightworker?” I heard this term when I first began my deeper spiritual journey and what I consider to be my spiritual awakening. A “lightworker” is exactly what it sounds like and I will further explain the term and meaning in this post.
What is a lightworker?
When I picture a lightworker, I imagine someone who is unapologetically, yet strategically shining their light on to others’ darkness. This light radiates from their Being and helps guide other people along their path when they’re having difficulty navigating their life journey.
A lightworker must be an alchemist, in the sense that they must be able to transmute deep pain into deep healing. The ultimate product of this transmutation is love. With that being said, lightworkers have undergone tremendous amounts of pain and trauma throughout their lives. However, they’ve been able to successfully overcome that pain and turn it into their purpose.
What do lightworkers do?
Lightworkers are natural healers and they have mastered this ability through healing themselves. Although it would be reasonable to assume these people directly heal others, they actually indirectly heal others by teaching them to heal themselves. They do this by channeling their loving energy and carrying it with them everywhere they go, allowing it to interact with everyone they come in contact with. This love is felt as warmth and is seen as light. It creates an aura of acceptance and security which are two key components necessary for deep healing to occur.
Lightworkers have an innate desire to help humanity and make the world a better place. They wish to do this by helping people reach enlightenment. It is obvious to the lightworker that the only way to achieve external peace is through internal peace. This is why they find it so important to help people reach a heightened state of awareness. Only once deep awareness is attained is it possible for someone to flow with life and remain in a state of internal peace. Lightworkers have come to help people get in tune with themselves, and mother nature, so we can all get back to who we really are.
Conclusion
In conclusion, lightworkers are people that radiate love and warmth. They are able to turn pain into love–darkness into light. They are healers and are able to help others heal themselves through their comforting aura. They want to help make the world a better place through raising the collective level of consciousness so that true peace on earth may be achieved. Lightworkers are merely lights, here to help guide people out of darkness.
